Job Description:
3-6 years of experience in handling government tender both physical & online tenders.
Sourcing tenders from various government/corporate websites on daily basis.
Primary tender evaluation and check for Prequalification.
Co-ordination with the OEM s/manufacturers/distributors for documentation.
Filling up reports in ERP on daily basis. (MANDATORY)
Act as a back-end support for the sales team.
Typing, formatting and creating documents required for the bid submission.
Stick to stiff timelines for submission of the tender and ensure the same is done before the due date.
Assist in projects, bidding and sales. Taking Stage I & Stage II approval for tenders and maintaining records & updating the same in ERP.
Preparing Quotations, Negotiations, Tendering and so on.
Communication with key clients including follow up before and after meetings with agendas or next steps.
Monitoring and scheduling approvals and project deadlines.
Develop quick understanding of the business environment, internal organization and ways of working.
Desired Skill sets:
B.Com/MBA with 1-3 years of experience in IT hardware industry.
Knowledge of products like Server, Storage, Back-up solutions, and IT Infra would be preferred.
Keen interest in IT hardware & networking.
Excellent knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint is a must.
Analytical & Interpersonal Skills.
Go Getter Attitude.
Note:
This is not a field job. Candidates would be in office and handling the pre-sales for the organization. If required, candidates should be comfortable for working late hours in order to meet the deadline of submission of a tender/quotation.
