Mandatory Skills:
- Excellent command of the English language both written & verbal.
- Strong experience in the Recruitment process, coordination with candidates & consultants.
- Good knowledge of MS-Word, MS-Excel, and MS-PowerPoint, Internet browsing, computer basics.
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and structured).
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
- Good at analyzing the situation and be proactive.
- Quick learner.
- Can aid in revising company policies from time to time.
- Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.
- Well, verse with Recruitment Software and Job Portal.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Prepare recruitment materials and post on different job portals
- Screen candidates resume and job applications
- Assess applicants relevant knowledge, technical skills, and soft skillsexperience and aptitudes
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Monitor and apply HRrecruiting best practices
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Promote company s reputation as best place to work
- Handle the recruitment process from selection till appointment.
