We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Recruiter. As an HR Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in attracting and selecting top talent to meet our organization's hiring needs.

Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume screening, phone and in-person interviews, and reference checks.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay up to date with industry trends, recruitment best practices, and market conditions to inform sourcing and selection strategies.
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
Assist in the development and improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and systems.
Collaborate with HR team members on other HR initiatives and projects as needed.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing techniques, candidate assessment methods, and interview strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and build strong relationships.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software tools.
Familiarity with social media platforms and online professional networks for candidate sourcing.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
