Applicant must have: 8 10 Years Experience

Shift Time: 1 PM to 10:30 PM IST.

Mandatory Skills:

  • EBS Finance R12, Oracle Finance Modules Payables, Receivables, General Ledger, Cash Management, Fixed Assets , Implementation/Upgradation, Experience of Business Process & Fusion.

Education Qualification:

  • AICWA (or) ACA (or) MBA Finance.

Non -Technical Skills:

  • Good Communication & Presentation skill.

Job Description:

  • Hands-on w.r.t. Oracle Applications EBS-R12 Financials in AP, AR, GL, FA Modules
  • Implementation/Upgrade Experience
  • Able to impart the Domain knowledge to team in Booking keeping and Accounting
  • Hands on experience in configuring the modules and demonstrating the features of the modules to team.
  • Expertise with configuration and setups for Finance modules.
  • Work with cross functional teams to develop and implement an end to end Solution across all business areas.
  • Follow task/assignment tracking process defined
  • Timely delivery of assignment
  • Timely reporting to Tower Head on Daily status of projects, Work Assignment to Teams, Follow-up calls with Client
  • Able to resolve issues in Oracle Applications, guide and mentor the team on day-to-day basis
  • Able to discuss issues with Technical teams & DBA on on-going issues and try to resolve the same.
  • Lead Conference Room Pilot and other testing with Business Users to validate system and process solutions.
  • help the Sales Team on Discovery Calls and Research tasks
  • Assign task to team and follow-up on daily basis
  • Timesheet review for the team members with respect to each project
  • Leave review for the team members
  • Appraisal, PMDS review for every quarter
  • Set the development plan for the team members.
  • Escalate the issues to Tower Head on daily basis on operational difficulties, Issues, client deliveries, any others ..

Qualification :
AICWA (or) ACA (or) MBA Finance
Experience Required :

8 to 10 Years
