We will count on you to: Act as Subject Matter Expert on Oracle EBS Finance Modules Hands on Experience in Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 with strong knowledge of Oracle E-Business Architecture and functional aspects of Oracle Applications Highly self-motivated, detail oriented and committed individual with an ability to take up initiatives and execute tasks with full ownership and able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment with minimal direction. Good functional knowledge of modules of Oracle Applications from GL, AP, AR, FA, SLA, AGIS, iProcurement, and iExpenses is must. SFR Enhancements EMEA Localization & US Vertex Deriving resolution of application problems/issues predominantly in Procure to pay cycle. Ensure new services have a fully developed end to end support structure, including processes, SLAs and KPIs commensurate with business requirements and priorities. Owner of driving major incidents & problem tickets ensuring coordination with resolving parties, effective communication to stakeholders and post incident review. Demonstrated ability to work with distributed teams across multiple time-zones Partners with business and technology managers to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements into functional requirements. Proficient in writing Functional Design Documents Experience in mapping business requirements, gap analysis and preparation of Functional/Technical Design documents Effectively resolve problems and roadblocks as they occur, consistently following through on details while driving innovation as well as issue resolution and anticipates and prevents problems before they occur. Regularly ensuring good health of production systems and data integrity with upstream/downstream systems Triaging and analyzing application, data and upstream/downstream integration issues and Monitor Alert notifications and System logs and take appropriate action Debug complex issues and present their impact along with recommended solution to users and management Collaborate with Developers, Business Stakeholders, Testers, and other Production Support Engineers to implement innovative technical solutions via iterative approach reducing time to delivery Be integral member in signing off the design and solution developed by development teams before accepting the change in Production Utilizing experience to implement innovative approaches to help improve business processes and system performance Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload effectively, and thrive in a dynamic environment Improve the enterprise systems by leveraging existing solutions when building new technology Collaborate with non-ERP development teams to design efficient, supportable and scalable solutions Prepare Oracle Functional, Technical Design documents and Unit test documents for the related areas.
