Experience: 1.5 yrs to 3 yrs (5 Nos)
Shift: Night Shift
Qualification: Any degree
Salary: Best in the industry
Job Location: Tidel Park Coimbatore.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Responsible for calling insurance companies in US on behalf of clients and follow up on outstanding claims
  • To prioritize the pending claims for calling from the aging basket
  • Should be able to convince the insurance company (payers) for payment of their outstanding clients
  • To ensure that the deliverable to the client adhere to the quality standards
  • Good experience in denial management, appeals & referral process
  • Should be good at pre calling analysis
  • Should have basic knowledge of the entire revenue cycle management (RCM) of US Healthcare domain.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Ability to multi-task
  • Good organization skills demonstrating the ability to execute timely follow-up.
  • Willingness to be a team player and show initiative where needed.
  • Ready to work in night shifts.
  • Excellent communication skills.
