Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Contact customers to inform them on college admission
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close admission
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Requirements
- Experience in tele -calling process
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs
- Excellent knowledge of English and other languages
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle the customer
- Outstanding negotiation skills
