Qualification : BE/ B Tech / MCA / Any Degree
Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce development experience.
Completion of a coding exercise during the interview process is obligatory.
Proficiency in integrations.
Mastery in Service Cloud functionality.
Familiarity with Chat and Chatbots.
Understanding of Experience Cloud and Customer Community platforms.
Advanced expertise in product, service, and solution design and development.
Capacity to formulate responses and devise solutions tailored to customer needs.
