Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • CRO Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a robust CRO strategy in collaboration with the Web Strategist, focusing on optimizing the user journey, improving UI/UX, and driving conversions that lead to increased sales and lead generation.
  • Testing & Optimization: Conceive and conduct A/B, multivariate, and personalization tests to validate hypotheses, optimize website elements, and drive incremental improvements in conversion rates and revenue.
  • Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with design, brand, content, and development teams to implement CRO initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and a seamless execution of website changes.
  • Data-Driven Insights & Reporting: Analyze website performance metrics, user behavior data, and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities. Provide regular reporting on CRO performance, key test results, and actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Testing Calendar & Documentation: Manage a comprehensive testing calendar, ensuring efficient prioritization and execution of tests. Document key findings, create test reports, and track ongoing initiatives to align with demand generation goals.
  • Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Keep up to date with the latest trends in CRO techniques, UX/UI best practices, and digital optimization strategies. Apply these insights to continuously improve the website and maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Support Broader Initiatives: Assist with other website optimization and digital marketing efforts, including website QA for new launches, SEO projects, and demand generation campaign testing.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), A/B testing, landing page optimization, user journey testing, or other experimentation methodologies and tools.
  • Digital Testing Tools: Hands-on experience with various digital testing tools such as Optimizely, Visual Website Optimizer (VWO), Maxymiser, CrazyEgg, Adobe Target, or similar.
  • UX/UI Expertise: Strong understanding of UX/UI best practices, with a proven track record of implementing design changes that enhance website performance.
  • Data Analysis: Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
  • Spreadsheet Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Excel, including the use of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis functions to manage and analyze large sets of data.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Strong cross-departmental relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams. Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
  • Web Analytics: Experience with website KPIs and familiarity with tools for tracking and measuring website performance.

What Success Looks Like:

After 6 Months:

  • CRO Strategy: You will have developed and implemented a comprehensive conversion rate optimization strategy that aligns with broader business goals.
  • Testing Methodology: You will have established a robust testing methodology and managed a testing calendar to ensure best practices and statistically valid results.
  • Performance Reporting: Regularly report on CRO performance metrics and deliver actionable recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Successfully collaborated with cross-functional teams to implement CRO initiatives that have started improving conversion rates.

After 12 Months:

  • Successful Test Outcomes: You will have secured several successful testing outcomes, significantly impacting business goals and improving website performance.
  • Personalization Expansion: You will have expanded the scope of personalization testing, contributing to demand generation initiatives and boosting lead generation efforts.
  • Key Contributor: Become an invaluable member of the digital marketing team, making significant contributions to overall strategy and digital marketing success.
