Job Identification

Title:HR Intern- Summer Internship

Division: Human Resource

Location:Base Location Mumbai ? Andheri East (Walkable from Andheri Station)

Work Time: 12.00 pm- 9.00 pm

Reports to:Manager- HR

Experience Required/Responsibilities

Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms

Prepare HR-related reports & documents as needed (like training budgets by department)

Address employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining vacation days)

Participate in organizing company events and careers days

The Intern will work closely with Talent Management team to understand & participate in Recruiting

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Sourcing
• Screening
• Managing & Co-coordinating interviews
• Creating a qualified talent pool (Candidates, Vendors, Contractors, Freelancers)

Desired Candidate Profile

• Enthusiastic about the world of HR & Recruiting, tech-savvy and an excellent communicator
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Experience with MS Office
• Attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Available for full time (in-office) internship
• Stipend: Up to 15,000/- per month
• Duration: 3-4 months

Education Required

• Pursuing MBA (HR)/PGDM (HR) (Summer Internship)
