As an Assistant General Manager for FMCG Sales, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company. Your responsibilities will include:
Sales Strategy Development:Collaborate with the senior management team to define sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Team Leadership:Manage and lead a high-performing sales team, setting clear objectives, providing mentorship, and fostering a culture of success.

Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
MBA/PGDM with a track record of delivering results over a period of 7 to 8 years.
Proven Leadership:A track record of successfully leading sales teams and achieving sales targets in the FMCG industry.
Strategic Thinker:Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to create and execute effective sales plans.
Customer Focus:Exceptional client relationship management and a customer-centric approach.
Analytical Skills:Proficiency in data analysis, market research, and using insights to drive sales strategies.
Communication:Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire.
