Job Role:

We are looking for a smart Technical Support Engineer to provide enterprise-level support to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• - Advanced or hands-on knowledge of programming languages like Java, SQL, and system integration solutions.
• - Experience in technical business analysis in a financial domain
• - Ability to design and maintain efficient customer portal support and feedback channels.
• - Ability to facilitate internal end-user proficiency.
• - Ensuring optimal system functionality via integrated diagnostics.
• - Advanced knowledge of data security and encryption.
• - Ability to work independently and ability to learn quickly and think creatively
• - Good communication skills toward facilitating the use of new software systems.
• - Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 2-5 years of consulting experience or in a related area
• - Candidate need to work in EST Time Zone (3:30PM to 12:30AM)
