Project Role Description : Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems using Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL). Your typical day will involve troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving technical issues to ensure smooth functioning of the application. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for critical business systems, identifying and resolving issues within multiple components of the application. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and debug technical issues, ensuring timely resolution of problems. - Develop and maintain PLSQL code to support business requirements, ensuring code quality and adherence to coding standards. - Perform root cause analysis of technical issues, identifying and implementing solutions to prevent recurrence of issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong proficiency in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL). - Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of Java and Unix Shell Scripting. - Experience in troubleshooting and debugging technical issues in a complex application environment. - Experience in developing and maintaining PLSQL code to support business requirements. - Strong understanding of database concepts and SQL queries. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL). - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Chennai office.
