We give recruitment a lot of importance. Which is why we have always done recruitment personally, splitting the work among us.
We realise that it is a task that we cannot do ourselves forever. Which is why, for the first time, we are looking to have a team member join us.
As a recruitment manager, your main aim is to help us recruit the right people at Indiahikes. You do this by:
- Managing the current recruitment process (e.g. application, onboarding processes).
- Interviewing applicants and assessing their skills and values; scheduling and managing each applicant s selection process.
- Keeping track of all the organisation s requirements and designing recruitment plans accordingly.
- Building a professional network for Indiahikes by maintaining relationships with educational institutions (they send their students for placements at Indiahikes).
- You will be required to work at least 5-6 hours a day from our office in Bengaluru.
Applicants must fulfil the given criteria:
- Female
- Above 28 years of age
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must have strong assessment skills
- Should be able to work 5-6 hours a day from our office in Bengaluru. The work is part-time, but during regular business hours.
- If you have trekked with Indiahikes and understand our values and culture, we would love that.
