Job Summary
Leadership hiring: End to end process involvement from screening resumes to conducting interviews to assessing fitment
Team leadership: Manage a team of 4-6 members (recruiters and coordinators) who deliver end to end recruiting
Stakeholder management: Key point of contact for hiring in the tech businesses, represent market insights to business and play a consultative role from talent market perspective
Process improvement: Streamline hiring process and implement steps to enhance efficiency
6+ years of experience in Tech hiring in a Product, Tech or an ecommerce organization
Qualification : MBA/BE/BTech
Experience Required :
6 to 8 Years
