Roles & Responsibilities -
Sales & Chanel Obejctives -
Ensure primary / Secondary Sales for the Assigned Area
Ensure WOD in secondary channel
Ensure Channel Adequacy
People Management:
Identify poorly performing field employees and take suitable remedial actions
Ensure all TSM makes Incentive
Ensure right Target deployment to TSM.
Market Connect:
Collect feedback on all aspects of the business including product quality, pricing, packing, new product ideas, supply situations, competition activities, schemes, etc.
Inventory Management:
Forecast Accuracy , project SKUs needed for sales
Distributor Inventory should not be more than 40 days
Right Product Placement in Right Market
Product / Scheme and Competition Fighting:
Take direct responsibility for
(a) Product launches
(b) Scheme design (in consultation with ZSM) and feedback on effectiveness of schemes
(c) Development and implementation of competition fighting strategy in consultation with ZSM
Governance:
Identify review process and reports which reflect the role and responsibilities of each employee.
Ensure business reviews are conducted in the Area as per the laid down process.
Qualifications and Years of Experience
Any graduate/ MBA Marketing
Years of Experience- 8Years- 10 Years from B2C Commercial Lighting
Qualification : B. E Diploma (Electrical) / B.Tech (Electrical)
8 to 10 Years
