Your Mission

• Design and create enticing motion graphics for video deliverables (corporate videos, explainer videos, websites, marketing demos, etc.).
• Design original content/source graphics/video elements and develop digital assets for internal use.
• Work within brand guidelines to create layouts that reinforce a brand s style or voice through its visual touch-points.
• Research and analyze the best design techniques and solutions to create visual elements.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, customer success teams to conceptualize and execute videos to support a wide variety of programs for a global audience.
• Stay on top of video trends to make sure we're on the cutting edge of visual storytelling

Superpowers You Will Need

• 4-7 years of hands-on experience in creating end-to-end Illustrations and Motion Graphic Design.
• Solid understanding of illustrations, sketching, motion graphics, and video creation principles
• High proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) and design knowledge across various platforms like desktop, mobile, etc.
• An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience creating moving design solutions (Please include its link on your resume).
• Have a strong eye and passion and experience creating illustrations and animations with your style.
• Possess strong color theory, design, typography skills
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
• A proactive, self-driven, and diligent individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment
