Job Summary

The impact that you will be making Overseeing end to end finance operations including Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Revenue accounting, Variance Analysis, Reporting, General Accounting, Accounts Receivables, Consolidation, Reconciliation and Team Management, including improvements to existing procedures and controls., Building financial models to support the CFO s office. Preparing rolling forecast and strategic business decisions by CFO office. Ability to drive standardization and continuous improvement of processes and controls to obtain the highest integrity of financial reporting and tax compliance. Business Partnering with CFO, CEO and HR Teams and other like mined professionals and continually focus on sharpening their knowledge and skills so that we remain at the top of our industry. Drive value within the business through margin enhancement, lower costs, and operational efficiencies including implementation of process automation and quality control measures. Fostering relationships and networks with bankers, auditors, and tax authorities. Anticipate bottlenecks and make tradeoffs to create a balance between the financial business needs versus technical constraints. Designing new metrics and enhancing the existing metrics to support the finance business processes and ensure sustainable reporting. What this role entails: Conduct financial research, review financial statements, and provide information for review and analysis to management. Supervising accounting staff, overseeing internal controls, setting financial targets, implementing fund-raising strategies, engaging with partners and investors to monitor cash flow. Developing and implementing accounting policies. Maintaining records for all transactions, preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports and variance analysis. Empower the team to proactively identify accounting issues by developing training s and to coach team members on performing technical accounting assessments, contract reviews and effective documentation of technical accounting positions. Provide input and convey information to senior management regarding financial statements, Statutory audit, tax returns, and accounting information. Review and process various reimbursements. Manage employee payroll Oversee company's expenditures, requests, invoices, and other financial documentation. Candidate must have a strong financial analysis background with proven career progression, problem solving skills, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to think strategically, analytically and creatively. Oversee and manage the company s finance IT system and adhere to financial laws and guidelines.
