Responsibilities:
Drive financial plans, growth and cost reduction initiatives with Business and Operations stakeholders, to arrive at target revenue and costs Implement measurement and monitoring of budget adherence across teams Prepare weekly/monthly performance analysis & business dashboard with detailed variance analysis vs forecast/plan for the business and operations Collect, interpret and review financial statements (profit and loss, balance sheets and cash flow statements) Developing long-term business plans based on the above reports - be able to connect business with financial numbers Drive actions by analysing, interpreting data and making comparative analyses with both local and global competitors Support in designing systems to capture data at granular level to aid better analysis Ensure process controls through right data representation and logic, and by aligning the relevant stakeholders Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and decision support Financial reporting to management and stakeholders, and providing advice how the company and future business decisions might be impacted Performing in-depth industry, market and competitor research Qualifications: 4-6 years of experience in a business finance/strategy role Excel modeling skills are a must Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable analyzing high volumes of data on a daily basis Strong analytical and problem solving skills, and in-depth understanding of cost structures and P&L Process and detail-oriented Good communication and stakeholder management skills (CXOs and relevant senior people) Graduation from a premier institute
