Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive increased lead and/or revenue through daily management of website optimization activities (A/B tests, multivariate tests, surveying, heat map analysis).
- Lead optimization strategy: from data analysis, through user research, and into A/B/n testing.
- Create and execute ongoing testing strategies for website funnels, landing pages, home pages, etc.
- Work with designers to brainstorm and create designs to maximize conversion rates.
- Identify and maximize new opportunities for growth.
- Stay up to date on news, trends and technology in the CRO space.
Competencies Needed
- Understanding the role data plays in making marketing decisions (basic statistics knowledge a plus).
- Has an understanding of the role each channel (paid social ads, SEM, email marketing, etc.) plays in overall business success, and the unique strengths and weaknesses of each channel.
- Understands the buyer journey and the steps they take, from consideration to conversion.
- 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing and/or web strategy (preferred).
- Has experience building a CRO strategy (preferred).
