Job description:
The person will be responsible for achieving assigned Sales targets by employing the Sales skills & converting the prospect into buyers.
Key Responsibilities:
To take ownership of all the leads & religiously follow them for desired closure
Able to create report for management for the activities done on site related to sales on daily/ Weekly basis
To be completely abreast with the product knowledge & sales process
Coordinate with Channel Partners to increase Sales funnel & enhance Business Development opportunities
Use sales skills and EQ to understand the emotion button of the customer
Pleasant and Confident Personality, who is able to drive conversation & sales with high profile prospects & answer their objections constructively
Ensuring strong follow-up with the prospect till the final stage and handling over the lead to the Customer Service team member for customer onboarding
Maintaining strong rapport with past and present customers to enhance reference pool.
Qualification: Any graduate
Experience: 1 to 3 years with a Real Estate Developer with similar role
