Manager Finance - Gl Closing & Consolidation Job in Renoirgroup

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Responsibility for complete accounting and consolidation of the Group Financials and subsidiary financials as per IFRS/GAAP.

• Preparation and review of the financial statements on monthly basis, and ensure consistency with SAP balances

• Inter Company balance reconciliation and tracking transactions

• Consolidation of financial accounts of 20+ Group companies and clearing the consolidated and standalone FS from statutory audit from the group auditors.

• Preparation of the financial accounts of standalone holding company.

• Responsibility of financial, accounting and business control for the Group as a whole conducting process validation, coordinating on audits and internal audits, and reporting exceptions from policies, standards, procedures, etc.

• Creating and enhancing financial policies, accounting processes, controls, and procedures across the finance department

• Tracking compliances with local laws and adherence to disclosures required on a global basis.

• Preparation of the Reconciliation between MIS and final consolidated financial accounts of the group.

• Excellent communication skills written and spoken
• Proven experience in handling the above tasks
• B. Com / M. Com degree
• CA / ICWA / CMAdegree
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Excel, Word , other relevant financial tools
• Knowledge of otheraccounting software and Advance Excel
• SAP an added advantage
