Inside Sales Representative Precious Job in Imaginarium

MINIMUM REQUIRED SKILLS:
a. Total Work Experience at least 3 years
b. Needs to have excellent proficiency in English and Hindi
c. Needs to have working proficiency in Gujarati and/or Marathi
d. Graduate is a minimum requirement
e. Some working experience in the Jewellery Sales minimum 2 years
f. Excellent speech and clarity in dialogue
g. Excellent Email Etiquette
h. Willingness to learnBe able to handle pressure/maintain composure with customers
i. Be able to multi-taskGreat interpersonal skills
j. Have great knowledge on Microsoft Excel, Word, PPT, Gmail, etc.

PREFERRED SKILL:
a. Scertifications in communication/people relationship management
b. Excellent proficiency in Gujarati and Marathi as well as English and Hindi
c. Worked previously as a customer representative in Call Centres

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
a. Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel
b. Orders, or obtain details of complaints.
c. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries,complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms and applications.
d. Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customer s requests.Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
e. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types ofcharacters
f. Preparing quotation from CAD to finish products, manufacturing cost and sample cost
g. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
h. Handling all queries on online platform and related activities.
