Job Summary
  • You ll do the Market Analysis by conducting research to identify new market opportunities and customer needs. Understand and analyze the competitive landscape, trends, and potential opportunities within the market. Utilize various market research techniques to identify potential areas of growth. You ll manage email and social media marketing campaigns.
  • You ll analyze competitive landscape and understand key players, products, and services and evaluate potential risks and barriers to entry in new markets.
  • You ll be taking care of Strategy Development by developing and implementing a robust market acquisition strategy. This includes setting acquisition goals, planning marketing campaigns, and devising sales strategies that align with the company's overall objectives.
  • You ll lead and manage a team of marketers and sales professionals. Provide guidance, set KPIs, track progress, and provide feedback to ensure team members are working effectively towards acquisition goals. You ll provide support to sales engineers on successful client closure and retention.
  • You ll lead and mentor the market acquisition team, setting targets, monitoring performance, and ensuring objectives are met.
  • You ll establish and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to create business opportunities and increase market penetration. You ll coordinate with other cross-functional partners like Customer Success, Project Management, and Engineering to ensure alignment.
  • You ll be doing Performance Monitoring by tracking and reporting on the performance of market acquisition initiatives. Use these insights to refine strategies and ensure that goals are being met. You ll ensure the company s brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts.
  • You ll communicate market insights, findings, and strategy proposals to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.
  • You ll build and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders in target markets.
  • You ll stay updated with latest trends, tools, and best practices in market acquisition.
  • You ll adapt strategies based on changing market dynamics and feedback from internal teams.
  • You ll collaborate with other departments such as product development, sales, and marketing to ensure alignment with market acquisition strategies.
  • You ll have to come up with innovative new communication plans to reach out to potential new customers.
  • You ll expand the market to other geographies and implement outreach activities for client engagement.
  • You ll implement Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other mass marketing tool-based projects.
