Bim Manager Job in Illumine
Job Summary
- You ll be responsible for overall Planning, Design, P&L activities, Strategy formulation, Operations and Cost estimation and preparing financial projections.
- You ll interact with internal & external stakeholders to develop requirement specific solutions.
- You ll design, prepare and guide the Engineers to do Architecture and Structural BIM models/MEP BIM Models and construction drawings.
- You ll review Architects or Structural engineers designs to aid in the development of BIM models and design documents
- You ll review manufacturers or fabricators prints to aid in the development of BIM models and design documents.
- You ll perform walkthroughs of models using Revit for project stakeholders and provides general conceptual input to projects during the planning stages.
- You ll perform tasks such as verification of BIM model integrity, clash detection with other disciplines.
- You ll communicate regularly with other disciplines, project engineers to support project production.
- You ll seek out opportunities to contribute to the business success through proactive involvement in team initiatives.
- You ll communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions
- You ll contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends
