Job Description:
- The candidate should have knowledge on Windows Active Directory Services,
- Knowledge on Exchange and Office 365 (Exchange online, Teams, Skype for business)
- Knowledge on Exchange 2007 2010 and 2013 Messaging Solution,
- Administration of Office 365 suite of cloud-based services to include email messaging,
- Acting independently or as part of a team, the Office365 administrator will be responsible for resolving Tier 1and 2 trouble tickets using technical support tools and procedures while meeting service level agreement standards.
- The candidate will be responsible for closure of the O365/Active Directory Service request, Incidents, and Change Requests.
- The Administrator will be responsible for migration of the existing messaging environment to cloud based solutions.
- Should have knowledge on Office 365 migration from various platforms.
- Basic knowledge on DNS, networking concepts and Azure.
- This position will report to the Technical Manager, Infrastructure Services and will participate in, but not limited to, operational support issues pertaining to on premise enterprise systems and services, as well as, Office 365 cloud-based services.
