Job Requirements:Would be required to audit calls for voice processes like AR, EV, and Billing & PP throughout the dayand provide coaching to associates on communication skillsTo be able to coach new hires/existing staff on their communication skills & monitor their progressTo conduct training on communication for new hires as well as refresher training for existing staffCoordinate with Communication Trainer/ Sr. Communication Trainer Manager/Manager Training tocreate training modulesMaintain daily, weekly & monthly MIS reports for the training teamShould have working knowledge of MS office (esp. word & excel)Experience and Pre requisites:Minimum 2 years experience for an International Voice process and atleast 6 months experience as a VoiceCoach. Good communication skills Communication Score of 85% +
Qualification : Graduate from a reputed Institute or University in any discipline
