Typing 30WPM, Accuracy 95%
Fresher can also Apply
If Experienced Minimum 6 Months (In Call Center or Chat Process Experience )
Split Shift 40 to 50% would work in Split Shift (12PM to 4PMand 7 pm to 12 am)
Two weeks training in Non Voice process
Must be adaptable to changing environment
