The role and what we are looking for
Responsibilities:
Acquisition:Get the customer's attention, make people aware of saleshandy and peak their interest.
Create product content such as case studies, videos, and blog posts
Own a newsletter for a sales audience
Develop product messaging that differentiates saleshandy in the market
Engagement:Get people involved in our community of fans.
Organize and conduct webinars/podcasts
Measure and optimize the buyer journey to increase product feature adoption and usage
Build online customer communities
Craft engaging educational content around product
Build team
Key Requirements
High on customer-obsession
Ability to craft engaging content
Background in design or copywriting is a plus.
Having B2B SaaS experience is plus
Must be technically fluent
Good at web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel)
A keen eye for detail. Creativity. Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills
Self-starter. Hands-on with the attitude to get things done.
