Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Counselling B.Tech / BE students and parents for pursuing career in ESE, GATE and PSU jobs
  • Handling walk-ins, addressing students queries, ensuring conversions in person and on phone
  • Follow up on leads generated through various sources
  • Keeping a track of schedules and updating students to ensure smooth running of classes
  • Handling enquiry forms, OMR sheets, test papers, assignments etc
  • Distribution and allocation of study material
  • Co-ordinate with other centre heads
  • Fee collection and petty cash management as and when required
  • Liaison with HQ (New Delhi) for upcoming programs, admission tests, schemes and other offers
  • Handling other assigned administrative responsibilities including upkeep of centre infrastructure
  • One day off during any day of the weekday

Key Competencies

  • Prior experience in the education industry of more than 1-6 years
  • Experience in handling walk-ins and counselling the students
  • Maintaining and updating students data
  • Previous telesales experience - an added advantage
  • Good conversion ratio
  • Good communication skills
  • Telephone Etiquette
  • Passionate about sales
  • Self-motivated and goal driven
  • Basic computer skills such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional Sales Performer with appetite for growth
  • A good team player and ability to manage the team
