WORK HOURS: 7.30PM TO 4.30AM IST (MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY)

Roles & Responsibilities:
People Management
HRMS (Sumopayroll) Management
Talent Acquisition for all business units
Onboarding, Induction and Offboarding
Attendance, Payroll and HR documentation management using HRMS
Compliance, governance and HR regulations implementation and adherence.
Employee Assistance, Employee Relations and Employee Engagement
Company s CSR ownership and effective implementation within the set guidelines and budgets.
Perform general office and admin duties
Employee Grievances handling
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal, written communication, determination, and strategic thinking skills.
2 or more years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in the Outsourcing industry.
Willing to work US shift and report directly to the President.
Minimum 2 Years
