Job Summary
Overview of the role
The Team Lead will be responsible for leading the Applications Services team in maintaining production application environments. The role will be focused on continually improving and optimizing applications along with operations experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining applications in the development and test environments for pre-release testing.
- Perform application administration monitoring services, reviewing system and application logs.
- Provide technical support including maintenance of installed applications software; implementing, configuring, and testing new product versions with end users.
- Interact with business users to troubleshoot installation and implementation issues
- Maintain proper system documentation and regularly review and maintain the ICON IT knowledge database to improve overall customer experience and additional duties assisting the Application Services Manager.
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree - technology, information technology or related discipline
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Application Services/Application Administration
- Strong management skills, but also be able to drive the team
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Deep level of understanding of Information Technology applications and who can troubleshoot the application problems independently
- A motivated team player with positive attitude and the ability accept and give productive feedback.
- Ability to determine and make improvements to applications and processes
- Must be ready to work in the US shifts
