Job Description:

TL- Operations who will be managing and leading a team of employees, communicating company goals, safety practices, and deadlines to team and focus on motivating team members and assesses performance.

Position: Subject matter expert

Work Location:Nungambakkam
Qualification:Bachelor s or Master s in business administration or related discipline
Time:Regular Full Time

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
  • Set clear team goals and show a road map to team for achieving the same
  • Train SMEs in terms of individual services and address their queries on a daily basis.
  • Participate in one-on-one meetings with clients to explain services in an effort to guide their choices.
  • Understand the problems and challenges of clients and identify ways the business could better address those needs.
  • Seek opportunities to cross-sell or upsell to existing clients.
  • Provide excellent service in order to maintain a positive reputation for the business.
  • Resolve any customer complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Set revenue targets and then develop and execute a strategy to meet those.

Skills Required:

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in the same field
  • Hands on experience in Team handling (SMEs), proof reading / Editing
  • Hands-on experience in Academic writing , QC &QA
  • Understand and integrate business strategies and trends in technology to deliver value
  • Strong communication skills in writing, speaking, and presenting
  • Outstanding end customer/consumer relationship skills
