Job Summary

Utilize your expertise in Primavera to assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Support the project team in creating and maintaining project schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones.

Utilize MS-Access to organize, analyze, and report project data and information.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication, coordination, and alignment of project activities.

Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and implement necessary corrective actions.

Assist in managing project documentation, including contracts, specifications, and drawings.

Prepare regular reports and updates on project status, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and risks.

Contribute to the identification and mitigation of project risks, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Assist in the procurement process by preparing specifications, evaluating vendor proposals, and coordinating with suppliers.

Support the project team in resolving technical issues and ensuring the timely delivery of project deliverables.

Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
