Job Summary

Utilize your knowledge of Primavera to support project planning, scheduling, and resource management.

Assist in creating and maintaining project schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones.

Utilize MS-Access to organize, analyze, and report project data and information.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication, coordination, and alignment of project activities.

Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and identify any deviations from the plan.

Assist in managing project documentation, including contracts, specifications, and drawings.

Prepare regular reports on project status, highlighting key accomplishments, challenges, and risks.

Contribute to the identification and mitigation of project risks, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Support the procurement process by assisting in preparing specifications, evaluating vendor proposals, and coordinating with suppliers.

Assist in resolving technical issues and ensuring the timely delivery of project deliverables.

Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
