Job Summary

Responsibilities Employee Life Cycle: Manage pre-joining and post-joining formalities Offer, background Check, candidate connect, onboarding/induction, exit process. Designing and Execution of the end-to-end HR Operations strategy for employees in India including hire to retire process, exit management, etc. Ability to improvise the end-to-end HR processes. Operational Excellence: Lead HR projects that include the transition of services, process improvements, transformation & automation, new program design, etc. Monitor service performance, customer experience, and overall health to identify focus areas to share with HR Services Leadership Ensure transactions are processed by approved procedures, regulations, and within pre-agreed service levels. Provide analytical support in people metrics & reporting. Proactively deep dive on pain points to identify opportunities to move the needle on reducing manual transactions performed by the HR team, driving down defects, mitigating risk, and improving the overall experience. Once identified, lead the intake process for assigned service(s) to define and prioritize requirements. Partner with US Operations team for any projects or new initiatives. People Management: Leads a team of ICs by developing and/or setting performance goals and objectives. Connect with People, Be Determined and Drive Continuous Improvement Embraces and champion s change. Partners with direct reports to create individual development planning/action planning. Coaches team members by encouraging two-way dialogue and open feedback, listening actively, being flexible, and identifying knowledge, skill, and performance gaps. Knowledge and Experience Good verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism. Attention to details and ability to multitask and prioritize accordingly. Proficient with Microsoft Office software. Postgraduate /Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field. Certification or good knowledge in India labor laws will be an added advantage. 7+ years of overall experience with at least 2-3 years being in HR operations role.
