IBST Pvt Ltd is a global IT integrated company providing quality services. We are experts in Staff services and Management consulting where we provide end-to-end recruitment solutions, IT staffing. We also train the candidates with the latest technologies and assist them through the placement. We provide a whole range of consulting services planning, scoping, process re-engineering, customizing, implementation, data conversion, standard and customized training for these applications. We offer these services on an individual or project basis.


Process Name: HR Recruitment / Recruitment Specialist
Salary Package: 1.2 lac - 2.8 lac PA
Graduate Qualifications: Any Graduates
Post-Graduate Qualifications: Any Post Graduates
Experience Needed: Candidates who are Fresher's / Experience in HR Recruitment top recruitment firms preferable.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

*To identify the best mix of resources-source top talent using our research function, job boards, web searches, referrals and industry-specific sources.

*Work with hiring managers-maximize effectiveness of recruiting process by ensuring job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.

*Source & Screen profiles, short-list the candidates in preliminary rounds.

*Collaborate with the Recruitment Manager and the business functions-plan and implement effective recruiting strategies.

*Cold calls-suitable candidates.

*Manage complete recruitment process-meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units.

*Track and report key metrics designed-measure and predict staffing activity.

*Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates-ensure timeliness of recruitment process.

*Develop and implement search strategy that includes vendor selection process and performance metrics for all searches.

*Manage the entire staffing process: recruiting, screening, interviewing, conducting tests and selecting employees-fill vacant positions throughout organization.

*Design recruitment advertisements for posting in newspapers, internet and other recruiting sources.

*Create and manage relationships with Colleges/Universities for campus recruitment.

*Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports.

*Candidates who are Freshers/Recent graduates/Candidates with relevant experience can apply
*Possess good analytical skills - detail oriented
*Possess good communication skills, both oral and written
*Be familiar with Microsoft applications and working knowledge of MS excel
*Have a good attitude - should be committed-the work
