Job Summary The profile essentially involves business development for our Training and Recruitment Programs at both Retail and Corporate Sector. The activities involved in doing so are as follows1) Strategizing - Conducting in depth research of the market, competition, own product offering, customer expectation etc to design and implement marketing strategies that help in developing a better brand and generate business. Ensuring regular inflow of walk-in at the centre in the retail segment, exploring newer avenues of generating business, expanding the segment would be very crucial.2) Media Planning - Deciding on the medium, message, date of release etc for ads and other promotional means.3) Event Management - Deciding on events that help in creating visibility in the academic and corporate sector. Implementing the decided POA and handling the entire event would be an essential part. Events may be conducted for both segments retail and corporate which would include conducting and delivering presentations before large crowds or a group of decision makers.4) Value Added Services - Generating creative and cost effective ideas to offer more value to existing and potential customers.5) Customer Relationship Management - Developing and maintaining relationship with the key people in the academic fraternity as well as IT companies. Taking regular feedback of the quality of services offered, cross - selling and up - selling varied products are ideally required.Minimum Requirements

- 1 - 3 years of experience in marketing preferably in the service industry.- Inclination and dedication towards Training and Recruitment Industry- Clarity of sales and marketing concepts- Though not mandatory but some basic knowledge of IT industry and software development- Unmatched communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English. It would involve public speaking as well, ability to deliver presentations before any number and kind of audience- Strong relationship management skills- Good selling and negotiation skills- Pro-activism to take on the charge and seek work before being asked to do anything- Demonstrated leadership skills to show potential to lead of team of people from different backgrounds- Aggressive and a go - getter attitude- Systematic and refined approach to perform any task assigned- Strong base of ethics and cultural values- Respect for individual freedom while working in teams

B.Com, MBA/PGDM
