Job Summary

Manager CRC will be responsible for,

  • Overall activities that come under the purview of CRC (Corporate Resource Center) and reporting directly to Head CRC.
  • Conducting Placement drives On/Off campus and giving quality conversations of students in their respective branches.
  • Meeting new companies and maintaining relationships with old clients. At least 5% new clients on boarded every year to the institution.
  • Internship opportunities for maximum nos.
  • Having a strong corporate connection to arrange HR conclave, Industry Visits and Guest Speakers.
  • Should be able to drive and executive all external training activities and timely update to Head CRC.
  • Vendor management for Purpose of Assessment, Training & Recruitment.
  • Contributing in Image building or branding of college.
  • Mentoring Student Placement Committee
  • Regular interaction with the Departments & Students for managing expectations & giving ear to grievances, if any.
  • Organizing regular industrial visits


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 6 Years of Experience Placement Cell of Engineering College, preferably MBA/ B.Tech
  • Must have Good verbal and written communication along with good inter personal skills
  • Should be excellent in Ms Excel, PPT and other Virtual interviewing portals like (MS Teams/Zoom/Google meet etc.)
  • Should be good in maintaining department data and presenting with accuracy.

Qualification :

Education-

UG:B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization

PG:MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization
Experience Required :

5 to 10 Years
