About the Job:

The professional will be responsible to manage end-to-end Human Resources of the entire organization by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. Job Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the sourcing and shortlisting process
  • Coordinate with Team Leads to create a hiring plan ahead for the recruitment of ongoing & upcoming campaigns
  • Source CVs from leading job portals and social media platforms, referrals and other sources
  • Engage with Placement Coordinators of Campuses across streams to hire the best young talent
