Roles and Responsibilities: We are looking for a result driven product marketing manager with 5 years of experience in working with B2B SaaS high growth startup,. Responsibilities You will be responsible for development of GTM strategy and its end to end execution You will be responsible for creating the qualified pipeline to enable sales team to achieve their monthly, quarterly quota You will be responsible for creating compelling product positioning and messaging for all marketing channels and collaterals including homepage, landing pages, outbound emails etc. You will work closely with outbound, performance marketing SEO, content and design team to ensure all content and messaging including blogs, case studies, website and emails aligns with product positioning. You will be responsible for training our internal teams on new or updated product features, messaging and positioning Qualifications Min. 5 Years of SaaS Experience in product marketing roles Should be excellent in verbal and written communication Have demonstrated expertise in creating the ICP definition, and identification of pain points, needs and creating a compelling narrative Strong analytical skills with a data driven mindset to derive actionable insights from marketing metrics Deep understanding of CRM and setting up marketing ops Brownie points for prior experience working with HR Technology products
