Job Summary

Position : Campaign Manager

Eka is modernizing the performance marketing team to become a very sophisticated digital demand engine. The manager of campaigns is a critical role on the team in building, executing, and optimizing campaign performance for maximum lead generation and yield. We are looking for digital guru s who understand the modern platforms (Linked-in & Google) in the digital landscape and has experience in creating, managing, and optimizing multi-touch campaigns at scale. This person will also understand how to create campaign performance dashboards and reports.

Education & Skillset

  • 5-7 years experience in running B2B SaaS product campaigns.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation, multi-touch campaigns
  • Excellent verbal & writing skills are a prerequisite as you will frequently have to story board the campaign and write copy for marketing promotions.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and ability to effectively present and communicate your analysis
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred: Business/Management) or equivalent digital experience
  • Basic HTML skills
  • Experience in creative ideation and prototyping of innovative user experiences

Data Driven Marketer: Have the latest digital platform (LinkedIn, Google, Hubspot, Marketo) and other digital campaign application experience. Understand and optimize always-on campaigns and use advanced analytics to improve and analyze performance ongoing and in real time. The advanced or other campaign automated marketing platform knowledge and experience. Monitor campaign performance and take necessary actions

Roles & Responsibility

  • Global point of contact for digital demand generation campaigns and social assets, landing pages.
  • Manage day to day digital campaign creation, performance, and execution against specific objectives.
  • Collaborate with the global marketing team and product marketing.
  • Be a digital Guru who we can all learn from.
    Responsibilities:
  • As a campaign manager you will formulate campaigns for assigned segments and offerings and define integrated approach for all the channels including email, social, paid, and other channels.
  • Understand how to build campaigns for optimal client journey and experience.
  • Do client journey mapping and campaign flows.
  • Devise B2B integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers.
  • Defining the campaign flow, themes & storyboard the touchpoints for multi-touch campaigns
  • Structure the campaign in Hubspot using other applications to optimize measure and ensure the success of every campaign. Have experience in advanced campaign tools & analytics
  • Well-versed in the marketing and sales technology ecosystem.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
  • Data smart, looking for trends and results to best engage with prospects
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS to ensure a great user experience
  • Manage the end to end process, implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns. Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns. Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs.
  • Manage relationships with agencies and multiple stakeholders to get approval on campaign assets
  • Great teaming skills to work with internal teams - designers, content, digital, ops, in campaign building.
  • Ensure that the organisation s brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels.
