Very strong communication skills and negotiation skills
Focus on all kinds of skill hiring, preferably should have worked in any Tire1/Tire 2 organisation.
Should have handled a team and strong market understanding of skills and spread of the same.
Handled team and build Practice and CoE for organisation.
Done Large ramp up and strong in presenting a recruitment plan
Proven track record in fulfilment.
Good positive energy and program Management skills
Done fulfilment numbers of 75 to 150 per month minimum.
Good Excel and data skills.
Experience Required :
15 to 20 Years
