Job Summary

Who We Are


Comp & Ben Administration

  • Responsible for accurate processing of monthly payroll.

  • Liaises with the Ascent HR Payroll team as part of their module for Hubilo. Is one of the primary points of contact for the Ascent team to liaise with for internal administration.

  • Responsible for the full and final settlement of employees who exit and closes the loop along with providing tax computation, letters, FnF slips.

  • Handles benefit administration and necessary documentation as a part of the same.

  • Maintains and provides data relevant to comp & ben decision making and tracking.

  • Must have experience in maintaining and administering ESOP related documentation and processes. Additional knowledge of how this works in the US and UK entities would be an advantage.


Labour Law & Compliance

  • Is knowledgeable of Labour Laws and vendor compliance pan India. Should be able to independently prepare and maintain HR files and documents accordingly.

  • Handling all types of Labour related issues / challenges in the organization.

  • Coordinating with the Labour department and officials to ensure statutory compliances are in order and organized for the company.

  • Is aware of the evidences required for audits and does internal due diligence to ensure we are up to date with processes followed and artifacts maintained for the same.


Data and People Analytics

  • Owner of HR data - owns the aggregation, storage and use of data sets with business requirements.

  • Data Accuracy: Provide accurate data that can be relied upon to inform business decisions, working with other members of the HR Operations team to improve data accuracy within the HR Information Systems (HRIS).

  • Data Protection: Ensure that all data is stored and shared in a safe way, adhering to compliance requirements.

  • Presentation of Data: Presenting data both electronically and in person which clearly articulates any findings, assumptions and suggestions that can be used effectively and practically by the stakeholder.

  • Track utilization and trends on benefits offered to employees to assess success and absorption across the company. Partner with HRBPs to evolve existing offerings and add new based on metrics.

Experience:

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in HR analytics, dashboards and providing action insights.

  • Graduate in any discipline.

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Excellent knowledge on MS tools and automation. Must have worked on preparing and presenting the reports / analytics and dashboards.

  • Thorough Knowledge of compensation budgeting - data, analysis, insights.

  • Must have knowledge and experience in HRIS systems - implementation/maintenance.

  • Should be self-motivated and driven to succeed.

  • Should show initiative and seek to understand the business philosophy and strategy to deliver better quality work.
