Role Purpose / Description

• Ownership & Governance ofglobal standards and settings for assigned technologies/products within UCspace.

• The responsibilities entailareas such as execution of 4th line support, software engineering,testing strategy, ever greening and demise strategy.

Knowledge &Experience / Qualifications

• Experience in conferencing/UC solutions

• University graduate with a degree in ComputerScience, Information Technology or a related discipline

• Proven experience in technically guiding teamsin productivity driven environment

• Problem solving and project managementexperience, Negotiation skills, Team working skills, Working across cultures

• Should be well versed with SoftwareDevelopment Life Cycle/standard Production incident process.

• Excellent communication skills, with abilityto describe complex technical scenarios in a concise manner, both verbally andwritten, and articulating the content depending on the audience

• Proven experience in managing and buildingrelationship with business partners and other support teams.

• Worked in an infrastructure criticalenvironment and understands how technology adds value to the business andultimately the end customer

• Industry standard certifications in thetechnology area of work would be preferred

• Experience with supporting applicationsrunning on Linux environments.
