Our leading client is currently looking for a Senior Sales Officer Position. The candidate as Senior Sales Officer will be responsible for achieving secondary sales target in assigned territory of volume/value.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible of achieving secondary sales target in assigned territory of volume/value
  • Identify and mapping of potential stores, opening of new outlets and maintain the optimum stock at distributor point and in retail outlets
  • Marinating the rapport with key/potential retailers to build brand awareness to gain counter share
  • Design and implement beat/route plan of towns/cities in the assigned area
  • Marinating the stocks at chain stores ( direct billing stores-periodic visits)
  • Identification of potential channel partners for business opportunities/expansion
  • Negotiation on credit/discount terms whenever required with retailers
  • Market feedback of new products launch/competitor activities on timely basis
  • Train and guide for achieving the secondary target to ISR.

    • Desired Candidate Profile

  • Candidate should have rich experience in generating Modern Trade & having good knowledge of A class Key outlets & standalone in the territory.
  • Good Exp in FMCG & snacks sector will be Preferred.
  • Self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, and responsible person
  • Ability to multitask with strict time constraints, budgets and business goals
  • Strong communications skills to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
