Our leading client is looking for a Relationship Manager to build and preserve trusting relationships with their clients/customers for which they will outperform their competition and maintain the company s long term relationship with clients/customers. To succeed in this role, they should be an excellent communicator, able to work with sales and marketing teams and build rapport with clients/customers. The client also expect them to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.

    • Roles and responsibilities:

  • Client Management Role including generating leads, tele-calling, follow-up, client-meetings, documentation and on-boarding.
  • Generating business for GMH app and also managing customer relationships.
  • Coordinating the team of support of GMH application.
  • To motivate and lead the efforts to quickly create a market reach for the various product/solution offerings.
