Job Summary

    Job Description

    • Manage a set of Deals, Acquisition, and onboarding of properties in a CITY
    • Manage Business Development managers
    • Accountable for sales in the city [bookings]
    • Regular training of Business Development managers and accountable for their career growth
    • Maintain relationship with Hostel manager and Hostel Owners and influencers
    • Work with corporate marketing team to ensure the city is covered and key areas are taken care off
    • Review daily/weekly MIS on the Hostel and take appropriate actions

    Requirements:

    • Must be an MBA
    • Analytical and self-driven
    • Thinks and behaves like an entrepreneur
    • Should have lived/worked/studied in the city for a minimum of 2 years.
    • Retail experience preferred [wherein managed a set of retail stores/restaurants/ consumer-facing product/service]
    • Knowledge of the local language is a must
