Job Summary

Experience:

  • 4 8 years

Job Description:

  • Looking after sales installation and customer support.
  • Respond to service calls to evaluate, diagnose and perform repair and preventative maintenance.
  • Attending Equipment demos.
  • Break Downs/Troubleshooting, to ensure proper condition and operation of the equipment.
  • Service contract and spare business in the assigned territory.
  • Timely Reporting to HQ, Handling & maintaining Inventories of Spares.
  • Pathological lab instruments servicing viz Blood cell counter, Bio chem analyzer etc.

Required Qualifications:

  • B.E. Biomedical / Instrumentation / Electronics and Telecommunication.

Desired Requirement & Skills:

  • Candidate must have experience in IVD/Biomedical or Medical Equipment
  • Candidate must have excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy to understand manner.
  • Candidate should be able to look at every aspect of the service business qualitatively an undertake root cause eliminations/corrections.
  • Build, manage & hold customer relationships at all levels.
  • Candidate must have excellent technical knowledge.

Qualification :
B.E. Biomedical / Instrumentation / Electronics and Telecommunication
Experience Required :

2 to 4 Years
