Job Summary Knowledge and Skills Requirements: Experience of managing Agile projects and personal accountability for delivering projects to time and cost, Expertise in project management and Agile methodology, tools, techniques and templates Track record of customer focus, based on openness, trust and delivering on promises Experience establishing cloud-enabled platforms on Microsoft Azure, including implementing IaaS and PaaS capabilities focused on data management, storage and analytics Experience employing DevOps techniques, including continuous integration and continuous deployment Skills to manage one or more agile teams / projects simultaneously Knowledge and use of industry-standard project methods, tools and techniques (Kanban, velocity charts, control charts, burn-down metrics etc) Strong team working skills across client, supplier and geographically dispersed virtual teams Strong communication and inter-personal skills including negotiation Excellent written and verbal communication skills - must be able to communicate fluently in English both verbally and in writing Demonstrates commitment to IT methodologies, processes and standards for project management / Agile methodologySupervision Responsibilities: Demonstrated experience in managing teams Coaches, mentors and supports team members, as needed Where appropriate, directly and indirectly supervise staff members in the development, implementation, and delivery of services and products to client's requirements Where appropriate coordinate and supervise the daily activities of team members or business representatives. Where appropriate set priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with other supervisorsExperience: 7-10 years in a corporate IT environment 3+ years of experience in Scrum Master, Agile Lead or similar role Demonstrates understanding of scope, schedule and planning; understanding of time management, resource management cost management. Possesses good project management skills. Considered an expert in Scrum Master Function Demonstrable experience in the definition of Scrum Master Standards, Processes and Procedures Good experience in client-facing roles Experience of working within complex, matrixed multi-location teams Experience of working in large programs of work
